The newly inaugurated governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu visited the civil service as part of activities of his first day in office where he signed three new executive orders, BREEZEREPORTERS gathered.
The Governor who was sworn-in yesterday May 29, with his deputy Obafemi Hamzat, took over from Akinwunmi Ambode who served a single term.
During the visit to the civil service, Sanwo-Olu signed orders of waste management, traffic and others on the executive list.
While making this known on his official page, the Governor said: “We resume this morning with a full agenda #ForaGreaterLagos”
“We met members of the Civil service and I signed an Executive order on indiscriminate refuse dumping, traffic management and public works,” he added.
Sanwo-Olu will serve for the next four years as Governor of Lagos State.
