Groups Drum Support For Re-election Of Buhari, APC Candidates In Agege LGA


The Buhari Youth Organisation Lagos state chapter held an awareness walk for the people in Agege to justify the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the election of Lagos state Gubernatorial candidate Babajide Sanwoolu, and election of other APC aspirants, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, Agege House of Representatives Candidate; Dr. Samuel Babatunde Adejare and the state House of Assembly candidate; Oluyinka Ogundimu.

The sensitization programme that was tagged “Agege Walk for Next Level” started from Mongoro Agege to Iloro to Orile Agege and was finalized at Adejare’s office at Pen Cinema. The walk cut across the various wards from A to B, C, D and E covering all the candidates’ offices.

The Adejare representative re-assured the Party members to be calm that it is obvious from the achievements and contribution of APC political office holders to the people in Agege, saying the acceptance by the people shows they have already won, hence, the need to maintain peace and harmony within the party and the community at large.

The State Secretary of Buhari Youth Organisation, Lagos state chapter; Adekunle Aderibigbe justifies the re-election bid of President Muhammadu Buhari and Prof. Osinbajo with their achievement fighting corruption like we have seen with the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen and the provisions of the Social Investment Programmes (SIPs) as welfare packages for the needy, unemployed, and vulnerable people in the society.

He also listed the provisions of key infrastructures like roads and also the rail system, noting that the nearly Lagos-Ibadan will boost trades and economic activities in the South-western part of the country.
